Specifications:
The OP-CWDM-1208 and the OP-CWDM-1101 are WDM filter units based on sophisticated optical technology with extremely low optical insertion loss, which are compliant with ITU-T G.694.2 CWDM grid and can create ALL OPTICAL MAN with ease and low cost. As passive devices, the ZWM-CWDM series does not require electric power, redundant equipment, air conditioner, regular maintenances and even remote monitoring. That means the total operating cost can be dramatically saved while achieving high reliability because its NO BREAK DOWN system. Although the legacy WDM system requires many O/E or E/O converters which make total optical network system expensive and complicated, ALL OPTICAL and ALL PASSIVE solutions by oWAVE are spotlighted as a next generation optical transport system, which can solve all the obsolete problems with simplicity and high reliability.
Further more, combination with CWDM series which supports extra long haul transmission with GbE interface provides more reliability and further reach. The eWAVE series supports ITU-T G.709 Digital Wrapper and provides a plenty of management functions embedded in its header and excellent error correction function known as FEC, Forward Error Correction.
